The “Z31club” is a club for the 3rd (third) generation Z-car. The NISSAN Z31 Fairlady Z (includes: 200Z / ZS / ZG / ZR and 300ZX / ZR) . “Z31club” has been created for and by Z31 owner’s (we love our Z31s).
Nowadays, we can look at a lot of Z-car owners club and web sites, but as you know those pages are mostly related to 240Z (S30) or second generation 300ZX (Z32) and 350Z (Z33). In this situation, Z31club was founded in Mar.1999 to remind people that Z31exists in the history of Zs, provide Z31 owner’s and enthusiast’s an opportunity to expand the Z31 owner’s ring / network and foster communication / information exchanges. Come share your excitement and enthusiasm for Z31s. 

"Z31club" is providing places to exchange and sharing many kind of information about our Z31s and be promoting and interchange of Z31 owners as worldwide, through the "MeeTING RooM" (message board for club member only) and "FORUM" (message board for all of visitors) and so on. "Z31club" does not have any monthly meeting or activity. But, we have several activities including regular event  in a year and we can have interchange of Z31 owners directly. Those activities are hold by each member in each region someties. Basically, all of it do not mandatory one. so, You can attend it as you like anytime. 

Membership into “Z31club” is limited to people who currently own a Z31.
There are NO FEES; DUES; nor TAXES/DUTIES required for membership. Membership is FREE.
To promote the expansion of the Z31 network and foster communications/information exchange. Registered members will have their Z31s and contact information (state, country and email) posted in the MEMBERs area of “Z31club” website. For security purposes, member email information will be made available ONLY to registered club members.

●第1条（目的と適用範囲） 本規約は、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が提供するインターネット上のコンテンツを含む全ての活動及びサービスにあたっての利用条件を定めるものとします。 また、本規約は「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の登録会員と「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」との間のすべての事柄に適用されるものとします。 ●第2条（規約の変更） 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は会員の事前の了承を得ることなく、会員規約を変更することがあります。 変更後の会員規約は別途定める場合を除いて、オンライン上に表示した時点より効力を生じるものとします。 ●第3条（入会資格） 会員は在住地を問わず、登録時点でＺ31型フェアレディＺの現役オーナーであり、かつ登録時点において今後もＺ31型フェアレディＺを継続して所有する意思のあるものとします。 ●第4条（会員登録） 入会資格を満足する方がここに記載される内容及び会員規約を承諾した上で「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の定める所定の手続きに従って会員登録を行い、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が登録申請を承諾した場合、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は当該登録申請者に対して会員番号を貸与し、これを当該登録申請者に通知するものとします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が当該通知を送信した時点をもって、当該登録申請者と「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」との間で本規約とその他規定を含む契約が成立するものとし、当該登録申請者は会員となるものとします。また、会員は「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の定める所定の登録及び登録継続手続きを行った時点で会員規約の内容に対する承諾があったものとみなします。 会員一人につき複数台Ｚ31を所有する場合は、所有するＺ31ごとに会員登録（会員番号の取得）ができるものとします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は、会員登録手続きを行った方が以下のいずれかに該当することがわかった場合、会員登録を承諾しないことがあります。 （1）　すでに（同一人物の同一車両）が登録を完了していた場合。 （2）　登録者が実在しない場合。 （3）　登録の時点で会員規約の違反などにより過去に強制退会処分もしくは登録不承諾を過去にうけたことがある場合。 （4）　登録の際の内容に虚偽の記載、故意の誤記または記入漏れがある場合。 （5）　その他「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が申請者を会員とする事を不適当と判断した場合。 なお、登録手続きを「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が受理しなかった場合でも、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は登録申請者に対して一切責任を負わないものとし、またその理由を申請者に開示する義務は負わないものとします。 ●第5条（登録内容の変更） 会員登録後に住所、連絡先（メールアドレス）、登録車両に関する情報などに変更があった場合は「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の定める所定の手続きにより会員は速やかに変更の届出をするものとします。前項届出がなかったことで会員が不利益を被ったとしても、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は一切その責任を負いません。 ●第6条（会員登録の継続） 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の会員登録を行った会員は年に一度、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の定める所定の手続きにより、会員登録継続を行うものとします。 これは「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の主旨より、会員同士の交流を維持、促進するための連絡先の確認、及び会員ごとに会員登録の継続の意志を確認するためのもので、所在地やその他の事情にかかわらず、すべての会員に適用されます。 ●第7条（退会） なんらかの事情によりＺ31を手放された場合や、個人の都合により退会する場合には「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の定める所定の手続きにより退会手続きを行い、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」がそれを承諾し、ウェブサイト上の登録情報を含む会員名簿より登録情報を削除することで退会とします。 また、会員登録継続手続きの遅れが六ヶ月以上の場合には会員登録継続の意志がないものとして「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」運営管理メンバーの承諾を得た上で自動退会とします。（その後に改めて該当会員からの登録継続申請があった場合は新規登録として取り扱うこととします。） その他、クラブ活動中における個人の公序良俗に反する行動により、他の会員及び第三者に対して連帯責任を負わせるなど損額・被害等を与えた場合には「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」管理運営メンバーの判断により会員登録を強制的に削除する場合があるものとします。 ●第8条（会費） 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は、数名の有志によって、全ての活動をボランティアとして運営、提供しています。 よって、会員登録、登録内容変更、退会の他、全てのサービスにかかわる費用は原則無償とします。 ただし、特定のミーティングやイベントの開催、オリジナルグッズの販売に際しては該当イベントの参加者より必要な諸経費の分担をお願いすることがあります。 ●第9条（連絡） 会員が「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」への連絡または問い合わせを行う場合は、必ず会員本人が会員登録の際に登録した連絡先（電話番号及びメールアドレス）を利用して行うものとします。 また、会員登録された連絡先から受信した各種内容は、会員本人からのものとみなします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」から会員への連絡はウェブサイト「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ．ｃｏｍ」上の表示もしくは電子メール、その他「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が適当と判断する方法により、会員に対し随時必要な事項を通知します。 ●第10条（Z31club.com） インターネット上のウェブサイト「Z31club.com」は当クラブ活動の補助機能として存在し、ミーティングやツーリング以外での会員同士及び会員以外のZオーナーとの間のコミュニケーション向上の為に利用されます。 ●第11条（活動内容） 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」はクラブ活動の補助機能の核となるウェブサイト、「Z31club.com」上での会員同士のさまざまな情報交換をはじめ、Ｚ31オーナー同士の世界的な交流を促進するための場を提供します。 クラブとして月例のイベントなどは開催しておりませんが、定期的に年複数回、全国各地で「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」のミーティングやツーリングを開催しています。それらの集まりを通じて、より一層のＺ31オーナー間での交流の促進を図っていきたいと考えています。 これらのミーティングは管理運営メンバー及び各地のメンバーの呼びかけによって開催されるもので、原則として自由参加です。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」への会員登録によっていかなる義務やその他の強制力が働くものではありませんが、出来る限り会員同士との交流を計り、積極的にクラブ活動に参加するものとします。 会員一人一人が善意と思いやりを持って交流を計り、社会人としての自覚と責任を持ってクラブ活動に参加することを期待します。 ●第12条（自己責任の原則） 会員は、会員による「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動とサービスを利用してなされた一切の行為に起因して、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」又は第三者に対して損害を与えた場合（会員が、会員規約上の義務を履行しないことにより「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」又は第三者が損害を被った場合を含みます。）、自己の責任と費用をもって損害を賠償するものとします。 ●第13条（営業活動の禁止） 会員は「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動とサービスを利用した営業活動、営利を目的とした利用及びその準備を目的とした利用（以下「営業活動」といいます。）をしないものとします。ただし、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が別途承認した場合は、会員は承認の範囲内で営業活動を行うことができるものとします。 ●第14条（サービスの利用） 会員は、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動及びサービスを利用するために必要な会員側の一切の利用機器、設備他は会員の責任と費用において用意するものとします。その際、必要な手続き等は会員が自己の責任と費用で行うものとし、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は如何なる責任も負わず、問い合わせにもお答えできません。 また、会員側の事情により「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動及びサービスが受けられないなどの不利益があったとしても「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」はその一切の責任を負いません。 ●第15条（その他禁止事項） 会員は「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動とサービスを利用して以下の行為を行わないものとします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」、他の会員もしくは第三者の著作権、商標権等の知的財産権を侵害する行為、又は侵害する恐れのある行為。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」、他の会員もしくは第三者の財産、プライバシーもしくは肖像権を侵害する行為、または侵害するおそれのある行為。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」、他の会員もしくは第三者を差別もしくは誹謗中傷し、または他者の名誉もしくは信用を損ねる行為。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」、他の会員もしくは第三者に対する公序良俗に反する行為もしくはその恐れのある行為、および公序良俗に反する情報を提供する行為 違法な商品、もしくは爆発物等の禁制品の製造、販売もしくは入手に係る情報を送信又は表示する行為。 その他犯罪の手段として利用する行為。または犯罪を助長、誘発するおそれのある情報を送信又は表示する行為。 その他、「Ｚ31club」が不適切と判断する行為及び前各号に準ずる行為 ●第16条（活動内容の変更） 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は会員への事前の通知なくして提供する活動及びサービスの内容、名称等を変更することがあります。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」はそれらの変更に関し一切の責任を負いません。 ●第17条（活動の中断及び停止） 何らかの非常事態が発生もしくは発生するおそれがあり、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の活動及びサービスの提供が不可能となった場合、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は自らの判断により、会員に対するサービスの提供の全部または一部を中断ないし停止することができるものとします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の活動が一時時中断、停止された場合、復旧の可否及びその復旧時間について、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」はその保証を一切行いません。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は理由の如何を問わず、提供する活動とサービスの中断および停止によって生じた会員の不利益については一切の責任を負わないものとします。 ●第18条（著作権） 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」が「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ.ｃｏｍ」上のコンテンツを含めて会員に提供する全ての内容に関する著作権を含む知的財産権、所有権、その他一切の権限は「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」に帰属します。また、いかなる二次利用も禁止するものとします。 また、各会員はいかなる場合、方法においても「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」を通じて入手したいかなる情報（各会員の個人情報を含みます。）も、会員個人の私的使用の範囲外で利用することはできないものとします。 ●第19条（個人情報） 「Ｚ３１ｃｌｕｂ」は下記個人情報保護ポリシーに基づき、会員から提供される個人情報を適切に取り扱うものとします。 会員の会員登録の事実、在住の県（州）及び国）及び愛車の仕様は「Ｚ３１ｃｌｕｂ．ｃｏｍ」上の「MEMBERs」ページにて公開されます。 また、連絡先（特に電子メールアドレス）についてはＺ３１乗り同士のより一層の交流を図る意味を込めて、他の「Ｚ３１ｃｌｕｂ」の会員にのみ公開されます。 ただし、会員登録時に提供される住所、電話番号などの個人情報は一般に公開されることはありません。 その他、会員登録及び登録継続時に会員より提供される個人情報については以下の利用目的の範囲内で取り扱います。 1．クラブ活動中に災害や交通事故などに巻き込まれるなど、有事が起きた緊急時の場合にのみ、病院、警察などに必要に応じて情報を提供するものとします。 2．個々の会員に有益と思われるイベントなどの情報の提供。 4．会員の退会日より1年間を限度として、上記に定める利用目的の範囲内において個人情報を取り扱うこと。 5．その他会員から得た同意の範囲内で利用すること。 上記にかかわらず、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」に対して刑事訴訟法第218条（令状による差押え・捜索・検証）その他同法の定めに基づく強制の処分が行なわれた場合には、当該処分の定める範囲で会員の同意なく個人情報を開示、提供することがあります。 ●第20条（免責事項） 直接、間接的ないかなる理由に関わらず、会員が「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動及びサービスを利用、もしくは利用しなかったことにより発生したあらゆる損害については、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は一切責任を負わないものとします。突発的な事故や天災などのやむをえない理由がある場合は勿論、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の活動及びサービス提供の遅延、中断、中止、停止、廃止があった場合も同様とします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の提供する活動及びサービスの利用に関連して、会員が他の会員もしくは第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、または会員と他の会員もしくは第三者との間で紛争が生じた場合、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は一切責任を追わないものとし、当該会員は自己の費用と責任でかかる損害を賠償し、また、かかる紛争を解決し、「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」にはいかなる迷惑または損害を与えないものとします。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は、会員の入会時に登録された連絡先からの内容に従って処理した各種手続きの結果、会員に生じた損害については責任を負いません。 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」は、個人情報の保護に対して最大限の努力をいたします。しかし、クラッキング等の行為や不慮の事故によって情報を略取された場合、それによって生じる会員の損害等に対していかなる責任を負わないものとします。 ●第21条 （準拠法） 本規約の成立、履行および効力、解釈に関しては、日本法を適用するものとします。 ●第22条 （その他） 会員は、本規約に定めのない事項について、別途「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ」の定めるところに従うものとします。 ●付則 「Ｚ31ｃｌｕｂ会員規約」は2005年7月7日から実施します。

1. Purpose and coverage This agreement sets the application reservations for all of activities and services including contents on the Internet what sponsored by Z31club. And this agreement is applied for all of affair between members and Z31club. 2. Changing the article There is possibility to that Z31club change the articles of this agreement without assent to it from members before. That changed article will have validity after notice on online without in case of prescribe for that separately. 3. Qualification for registration At the registration, Member should own Nissan first generation 300ZX(Z31) currently and who has will to keep own ones Z at that timing. 4. Registration to Z31club When people who are satisfy the qualification for registration and accept the Z31club membership agreement are doing procedure to join Z31club as given way, Z31club will accept his application and let him know his members number. At the timing, the man who joined to Z31club is presumed that accept the membership agreement. In case of member who own more than one Z31, he can get members number for each Z31s. There is possibility to that Z31club will not accept ones registration if he is in a case as below. 1.He (or his Z31) is already registered to Z31club. 2.Registrator is a nonexistent person. 3.Registrator has had withdrawal punishment by any offense action or had been not accept ones registration by any reasons before. 4.There are false or imaginative description or deliberate mistake and lack in ones registration sheet. 5.In case of that Z31club decide that he is not appropriate for a member of Z31club. Even in case of that Z31club does not accept ones registration, Z31club will not has any fault and has not obligation to disclose the reason. 5. Changing the registration items In case of that there is changing of mailing or e-mail address, phone number and information of your z after registrations, member have to inform it to Z31club as given way soon. If a member had any disadvantage without above procedure, Z31club will not be to blame for that. 6. Membership continuation All of Z31club members have to take membership continuation procedure as yearly, It is to have keeping interchange of Z31 owners, promote exchange information and communication between each member, confirm ones address and will to keep membership of Z31club. This continuation procedure is applied for all of members regardless of place or any other circumstance. 7. Withdrawal If you got your Z31 out or like to withdraw from membership in any reasons, member has to take withdrawal procedure as given way. Then, Z31club will accept his application and delete his registration from member list including membership information on the website. And in case of that six months have passed since no membership continuation, it is presumed that the member does not have will to continue his membership. So Z31club will delete his membership from the list with Z31club administration member's approval. (If there is a membership continuation from deleted member as above, that continuation procedure will be treated as new registration to Z31club.) In addition, There is possibility that Z31club will delete ones membership with administration member's approval in case of a member did favor against public order and standards of decency, do damage other members or a third persons and so on during Z31club activities. 8. Membership fees A few volunteer sponsors all of activities and services including contents on the Internet of Z31club as goodwill. Therefore, All of fee regarding registration, update and withdrawal procedure of Z31club are free. But there are some activities we ask entries to share expense account to holding events or delivering original goods and accessories. 9. Communications When a member contact or ask something to Z31club, he should use e-mail or mailing address that is registered when registration to Z31club. And all contents we received from registered address are presumed that was sent by registered member oneself. Z31club will contact with members by notice or message on the website "Z31club.com", sending e-mail or any other appropriate way as to necessary. 10. Z31club.com Website "Z31club.com" is exist and be utilized for assist our club activities (not only for notice information of meeting or touring) and have interchange of Z31 owners and extend Z31 owner's ring. 11. Activities "Z31club"is providing places to exchange and sharing many kind of information about our Z31s and be promoting and interchange of Z31 owners as worldwide, through the "MeeTING RooM" (message board for club member only) and "FORUM" (message board for all of visitors) and so on. "Z31club" does not have any monthly meeting or activity. But, we have several activities in a year and we can have interchange of Z31 owners directly. Those activities are hold by each member in each region. Basically, all of it do not mandatory one. Any duty and any other coercion will not cause with a membership by registration to "Z31club", But we hope all member will attend each meeting or touring event as actively with their goodwill, responsibility and awareness of society. 12. Principle of self-responsibility In case of member do any affair s of offence action to other member, Z31club or third persons during activities provided by Z31club, he should recompense with his responsibility and expenditure. 13. Prohibition of business activity All members cannot any business activities using all of activities or services including contents on the Internet what sponsored by Z31club except for in case of that Z31club approved it separately. 14. Application of services All members should prepare all machinery what is required to use all of activities or services including contents on the Internet what sponsored by Z31club by their responsibility and expenditure. Z31club does not take responsibility and cannot reply question for that. And Z31club does not take responsibility in case of that member cannot use all of activities or services including contents on the Internet what sponsored by Z31club by circumstances of him also. 15. Other prohibition matters All members should not do below actions by using activities or services what sponsored by Z31club. *An act has risk to harm copyrights, intellectual property rights such as trademark rights of Z31club, other members or third persons. *An act has risk to harm property, privacy or a right of likeness of Z31club, other members or third persons. *An act has risk to lose ones trust or honor, and slander and discriminations for Z31club, other members or third persons. *An act or providing information has risk to against public order and standards of decency. *An act sale, presentation or sending information of any illegal article or production of prohibited goods such as explosive substance has risk to promotion or prompt of crime. *And an act that Z31club judges as unfit to our activities like above, 16. Changing contents of activities Z31club has possibility of changing contents or services, name of activities without notice in advance to all members. At that time, Z31club does not take responsibility for that changing. 17. Interruption or halt of activity In case of that Z31club cannot keep providing activities according to any emergency state or risk like that, Z31club can do interruption or halt of a part or all of activities and services. In case of that activities and services of Z31club was stopped, Z31club will not take responsibility to re-start it and period of it. And Z31club does not take responsibility any disadvantage by interruption or halt of Z31club activities and services for members. 18. Copyrights Intellectual property rights including copyrights, proprietary rights and all of other authority about all contents including on Z31club.com are belonging to Z31club. Any reproductions or republications are prohibited. In addition, each member should not use information (including personal information of other member) was obtained through Z31club over a private use range regardless reasons. 19. Personal information Z31club treat personal information from members based on following personal information protection policy adequately, A fact of registration to Z31club, prefecture (a state) and country each member lives and specification of ones’ own cars are disclose in “MEMBERs” page on Z31club. E-mail address are disclose to other members only to promote interchange of Z31 owners, exchange information and communication between each member. But mailing address, phone number that was provided from each member at the registration will not ever open to public. About other personal information from members are provided when their registration, It are treated as following policy. *In case of a disaster or traffic accident or other emergency state during Z31club activities, member’s personal information such as address or phone number will be offered to hospital and police if necessary. *Providing information such as an event schedule considered being useful for each member. *In a range of above using purpose, Z31club will treat personal information till one year later from a withdrawal day of a member. *Other purpose in a range of agreement or approval with each member. Although there is possibility that offer member’s personal information when Z31club had compulsion disposal from the authorities based on the 218th article (attachment / a search / inspection by a warrant) of criminal procedure legislation. 20. Indemnification Regardless directly or indirectly reasons, Z31club does not take responsibility about every disadvantage that occurred by using activities or services what sponsored by Z31club but not having also.. And also, when there was delay, cancellation, interruption or halt of activities of Z31club by sudden accident or unavoidable reason such as natural disaster. In case of that a member did damage other members or the third persons, or dispute occurred among a member and other members or the third persons, Z31club will not take responsibility about it. He should solve and recompense with his responsibility and expenditure, and also should not ask trouble or damage to Z31club. Z31club does not take responsibility about the damage even if a member had damage by Z31club usual procedure according to his ask or notice from registered address. Z31club promise a maximum effort for protection of personal information. However, dos not have responsibility for damage of members in case of that unexpected accident such as cracking or plunder by somebody. 21. Governing law Japanese law is applied for conclusion of this agreement, an observance of a contract and effect, interpretation, 22. And so forth About the matter that is not mentioned in this agreement, Members should obey the course of action that Z31club provide separately. *Additional clause "Z31club membership agreement" is enforces on 7th July, 2005.
